Do you think the Ugandan State or Private sector has the capacity to fund and mange Producers and all new age music talents in Ugandan?

I think one of the major reasons why young talented Ugandans like you are not getting the fruits of their talents is because The state or the Ugandan public at large has not discovered the art behind Digital Marketing and investment in Technology.
